That certainly sounds like him. He's been remarkably restrained for how frustrated he has been at the city and I believe I can see why this could tip things over an edge.

The fact he has said nothing to me himself does not give me complete confidence that I will find it as easy as usual to contact or find him, but I will try. I don't suppose you have seen any indication from your limited vantage point of where he may aim himself?
